Note: Only one exchange is allowed per order — multiple exchanges are not permitted.
If the product you purchased requires customisation in length or size, we’re happy to support this! Just reach out to us after placing your order and we will guide you through the process.

You agree that certain categories of products/items may be non-returnable or non-refundable, and these will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
For accepted return or exchange requests, once we receive and inspect the returned product/item, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. If approved after a quality check at our end, your return or exchange will be processed in accordance with our policy.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations must be requested within 1 day of placing the order by sending an email to contact@lelamer.com.
If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refuse delivery at the doorstep. However, a ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you have already received the product and wish to cancel, you must inform us within 3 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for cancellation.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the issue to our customer service team within 1 day of delivery.
The request will be reviewed and processed once Lelamer has inspected and confirmed the issue.
Product Not as Expected
If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 1–2 days of receipt.
Our team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision accordingly.

In case of any refunds approved by Lelamer, please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed.
