Returns Policy

We offer return or exchange within 3 days from the date you receive the parcel. If 3 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. The item must have its original packaging.
  3. Only items that are found defective, damaged, or have a genuine size issue may be replaced, based on an exchange request.
  4. You must include clear photos of the unworn product, with the original tag attached and in original condition.
  5. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product tag is intact and attached.
  6. For returns, a deduction of ₹150 will be applied as processing and handling charges.
  7. For exchanges, no deduction will be made.

You agree that certain categories of products/items may be non-returnable or non-refundable, and these will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

For accepted return or exchange requests, once we receive and inspect the returned product/item, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. If approved after a quality check at our end, your return or exchange will be processed in accordance with our policy.

Cancellation and Refund policy

This cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

(i) Cancellations must be requested within 1 day of placing the order by sending an email to contact@lelamer.com.

(ii) If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such a case, you may refuse delivery at the doorstep. However, a ₹100 shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

(iii) In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service team. The request will be reviewed and processed once we at Lelamer have inspected and confirmed the issue at our end. This must be reported within 1 day of receiving the product.

(iv) If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 1–2 days of receipt. Our team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision accordingly.

(v) In case of any refunds approved by Lelamer, it will take 1 week for the refund to be processed.
